Terms of engagement

These terms govern access to https://cloudservicespro.digital and the professional audit engagements offered by Cloud Services Pro (“we”, “us”). By using this site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit scoping requests. Engagement-specific statements of work, once signed, prevail over marketing copy on this site where they conflict.

Services described

Pages describing audits for fintech are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and schedule. We do not provide legal opinions, certification marks, or regulated compliance-officer appointments unless a separate instrument expressly says so.

Intellectual property

Site content, including field notes and visual design, remains our property or that of our licensors. Findings packs delivered under an engagement may be used internally by the client for governance, partner diligence, and remediation. Redistribution of full reports to the public requires our prior written consent, except where a regulator or contracting bank requires disclosure.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate evidence, timely access to control owners, and lawful authority to share customer-file samples. Delays in evidence may shift delivery dates without constituting a breach by us.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost financing rounds, or partner decisions made after reading our findings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false contact information. Form submissions are handled for enquiry purposes only; no payment processing occurs on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies from the date of posting unless a signed statement of work fixes an earlier version for that engagement.
