About

A Chiayi-rooted practice for fintech audit fieldwork

Cloud Services Pro grew from hands-on control testing for payment and lending teams who needed findings written in language a bank risk desk and a local regulator alike could follow.

Origin

Our early engagements sat between compliance officers drafting responses to partner questionnaires and operations leads who knew where settlement breaks truly aged. We still keep that bridge: policy language on one side, desk reality on the other.

Working from 嘉義市 with frequent days in Taipei metro rooms lets us meet control owners where the files live, then finish remote reviews without losing the texture of interviews.

How we approach audits for fintech

We treat each product corridor as a living process: customer intake, monitoring alerts, complaint handling, and reconciliation cut-offs. Findings cite evidence references so your team can reopen the same file we tested.

We do not sell software, dashboards, or ongoing monitoring subscriptions. The commercial core is the engagement itself — timed fieldwork, a findings pack, and a leadership readout.

Values clients feel on the desk

  • Plain ranking of observations — what blocks a partner review versus what can wait a quarter
  • Respect for operators under calendar pressure; we agree evidence windows before we arrive
  • Factual accuracy checks with control owners before the final pack is locked
