Privacy notice

This notice explains how Cloud Services Pro (“we”) handles personal data collected through https://cloudservicespro.digital and during audit engagements.

Data controller

Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional engagement preference and call window)
  • Newsletter email addresses if you subscribe in the footer
  • Technical logs such as browser type and approximate location derived from IP address, when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Engagement materials you provide under a statement of work (which may include business contact data and, where lawfully shared, sample customer-file extracts)

Purposes

We process data to respond to scoping requests, deliver agreed audit work, improve site content when analytics are allowed, and meet accounting or legal duties in Taiwan.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement working papers follow the retention schedule in the statement of work, typically five to seven years. Analytics data, when collected, is retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. To exercise rights, email hello@cloudservicespro.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

If we use email or file-share providers that store data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and purpose. Client sample files are transferred only through channels agreed in the engagement letter.
