Refunds & rescheduling
This policy applies to professional audit engagements with Cloud Services Pro (regulatory readiness reviews, payment flow control reviews, AML file testing, and partner diligence packs). It does not cover physical goods, software licences, or subscription products — we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds relate to fees paid under a signed statement of work. Website form submissions do not create a chargeable order by themselves.
Timeframe
Requests must be emailed to hello@cloudservicespro.digital within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation notice or delivery dispute), unless the statement of work sets a different window.
Deposits
The 40% commencement deposit reserves the fieldwork window. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the agreed kick-off, we refund the deposit minus any non-recoverable travel already booked with your written approval. Cancellations inside 10 business days forfeit the deposit, because interview calendars and practitioner days are held exclusively for your engagement.
Full or partial refunds
- Full refund of fees paid — if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and no substitute dates are mutually agreed.
- Partial refund — if work has started (evidence review, interviews, or sample testing begun) and you cancel, fees for completed stages remain payable; unused stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis documented in writing.
- No refund — for delivered findings packs accepted after the factual-accuracy check, or for stages marked complete in the statement of work.
Non-refundable items
Pre-approved third-party costs (for example, secure meeting rooms or courier of sealed files) and practitioner travel already incurred are non-refundable. Time spent on scoping calls prior to deposit is complimentary and not billed for refund purposes.
Work already started
Once fieldwork or document testing has begun, refunds cannot unwind completed analysis. We will provide any interim notes already shared and invoice only for agreed completed stages.
No-shows
If control owners miss scheduled interview blocks without 24 hours’ notice and the day cannot be refilled, that day remains chargeable. We will offer one courtesy reschedule where calendars allow.
Rescheduling
Either party may propose new dates once without fee if notice is given at least 7 business days before kick-off. Later changes may incur a rescheduling charge of up to 10% of the engagement fee to cover re-planning.
Refund process & method
Email your request with the engagement reference, reason, and payment receipt. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 15 business days to the original payment method.
Processing time
Banks may take additional days to post the credit. We are not responsible for intermediary banking delays outside Taiwan.
Exceptions
Mandatory cooling-off or consumer protections under Taiwanese law, where applicable, take precedence. Engagements commissioned by enterprises as business-to-business professional services follow the statement of work and this policy together.
